Some updates, which is covered largely in work, I guess.
Yep. As the title goes, there was a very fun happening at Aloha Loyang Chalet on the 11th of October. It seems so fast since Don and Jen has celebrated their B'Day (either prematurely or in advence) last year. I still remember the fun stuff that happened on this exact day a year ago... OK. Back to the present.
Actually, I almost couldn't make it in time for the celebration, If not for Ya Ru. Thanks out there, Ya Ru! I really owe you a favour in future!
Then as a result, I could leave at 6pm at the same time with Aunty Christina. I got home first to shower, and change into a new set of clothing. This took me like 2 HOURS?!?! That means I take an hour to go back, and another to go back to Hougang, most time spent on the bus trip. Christina and Mabel were like waiting 2 hours for me. Gomenasai!!!! I didn't mean for it, but thanks for waiting till I turned up. >.> Then we went to the chalet on Christina's Car. Nice, I didn't know she could drive, although not very aptly.
LOL! Reverse when she start the engine = bump into the stone behind the wheels. I think she also forgot how to change the headlights into the full blast one. Imagine driving with flickering headlights. Hahaha.
Die la, like that~
Then we reached just in time to see Don and Mashi already starting to BBQ. God, As usual, I got my Aunts worried like mad... ... as well as Don. heehee :X But I didn't mean for it. I really blame it on my name. Murphy's Law has been activated again. I am screwed whenever that happens. Cause Don gets really pissed off with her words. Hahaha, but I am really at fault, for being uncontactable at times, so I admit it. Well, maybe if I just get a new phone, one that really allows me to take care of, then maybe I would be contactable 24/7 ? Hmmmmm, I have absolutely no idea.
So, the night was fun, with all the MAXIMUM entertainment the folks have gotten from Cathy!!!! She's the star of the day, making me roll on the floor laughing mad at her gestures. Eheheheheheh I have finally found the ULTIMATE LAUGHTER-INDUCING MACHINE of all times. Cool! I swear somedays we're gonna get back to spamming our vocals on Karaoke, me and Cathy and Don. Wooooots!
We had 2 different cakes, all which were superbly crafted from our celebrity PL Patissiers, LFZ and Thinesh. I loved both of the cakes; one was strawberry classic-like (Prima Deli), with unbelievable moist and smooth sponge cake, covered with a layer of uber-licious whipped cream, and melted chocolate surface on the top. stuffed among the layers were the slices of strawberries, with the occasional ooze of sourness with the fruit. Then there was the blackforest cake, which boasted unbelievable amounts of chocolate in it. The cake itself could have been better by making it more fluffy, but oh well, it's still a damn good cake. From our celebrity pattisiers of Pepper Lunch.
The stay at the chalet wasn't exactly a fantastic one, since I didn't dare shower in the toilet. It looked and felt clammy, which certainly repulses me from using it. The ones at DTE didn't however. Clean enough for my usage hahaha. Yes, there's a mad hygiene freak going on in this blog. Too mad about it to be true.
I am still waiting for most of the photos from the photographers that day. I was abit sad why my cam had to die on low battery, at that very active moment. WTH, I swore I could have taken more pictures than ANYONE on the job. XD
Anyway, the morning started out really fresh, cause most of us never actually slept in the night. So we decided to freshen up abit and went sunrise-looking. Although we never managed to figure out where the sun might be rising (which meant we missed it...), we still did take some nice scenery shots of the park, as well as some candids for the 2 girls that accompanied me. But then after we came back, I started to become too unbearable. Outside the chalet (BBQ area) stank like O.M.F.B.H Shitty, like garbage. I think they only bothered maintaining the place in the morning. Damn... ... But anyway we survived the hoard of flies and stinkwave playing BIG2. Hehehe, Mashi was always competing with Julia.
OK, we managed to meet up later that day, I think everyone got their slight share of well-deserved sleep and managed to charge battery up to 40%. My batteries are never below 50% until the day ended. I see others are almost sleepy, even throughout the exciting movie (Haeundae: The Deadly Tsunami). My, that was one hell of a bloody nice movie. The next would be 2012. Even though I don't believe in the prediction itself. No matter what.
PHOTOS ARE ON ANOTHER SEPARATE POST!!!!!! ATTENTION!!!!
