Boredom!

As the post title goes, it is starting to get seriously bored... so much that....................................

I BOUGHT MADONNA'S STICKY & SWEET TOUR DVD!!! OH MY GOODNESS!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! AMAZING!!!

I waited for someone to go jalan-jalan in Somerset. But I waited... and waited. So I got bored and went inside the toilet at 313@Somerset and ...  ...  ...  ... did my hair luh. Since I came from school, didn't style my hair, I really need to do it secretly. I bunked into one of the cubicles. Really cool, because if they didn't have the available space above the toilet, I would not have any place to put my stuff, and HP to style my hair :P ... ... ...

I went to the second top floor, and entered HMV! For a split second, I didn't notice what I wanted to see. But after a short while, I SAW IT! Directly at the storefront. I am SPEECHLESS! Staring back at me on the shelves, was MADONNA!!!!!!! Okay, just kidding. It's the rows of images of the same photo glancing back at me.

The Sticky & Sweet Tour DVD!!!

I tried controlling my exhilaration. I tried hearing from the side headphones, and was somewhat disappointed. Cause they don't have the Sweet Machine Studio Version included in the CD... ... I was waiting for a miracle, and it was that one. Means I have to scour in YouTube for it anyway...

Because the Sweet Machine is a version of a video animation (perfect start/intro for Candy Shop song), it would be perfect if they gave us fans a studio version of it, totally clear audio of the candy on its journey, blending into the live soundtrack?!?!?! So damn disappointed. And the Blu-Ray DVD was tempting me to buy, even though I don't own a Blu-Ray player. Oh well, I guess this is where I stop until I can afford such hi-fidelity techies.

Go watch this, I'm sure you people will love it... ... just only a few minutes. Damn coool footage!

The DVD quality, for some reason, I didn't like it. In fact, it's as sucky (believe me, it does) as the ones I found on the net. And I am comparing against the best clips on the net, mind you. So disappointed that they don't have even a slight improvement in the audio and video clarity. I had to watch without wide screen to see clarity.Stupid editor. Should have aimed for blu-ray even though I don't have BD player. :P

But hey, it's MADONNA!!!! Anything I buy from her merchandise, I WON'T REGRET IN THE OVERALL!!!

I CAN'T BELIEVE ITS IN MY HANDS!!!! OMFG!!!!

I FINALLY HAVE A MADONNA LIVE TOUR DVD!!!!! AWWWWWWSOMEEEEE!!!!!

And one thing: the B-T-S footage is cool shitzzz. Just like how mischevious and cheeky and workaholic I had pictured Madonna.

Although I am very happy, I will be even happier if the one I owned was a blu-ray disc... T.T

Turns out that the one I desired was the High-Definition on blu-ray... Gawwwd.

I think if I own a blu-ray player next time, I will RE-BUY Sticky & Sweet BD! I AM NOT CARING ANYMORE. MUZZZZZ BUY. For Madge,

ANYTHING IS WORTH IT.

Oh well, I guess I'm just one of those mad, audiophilic individuals that won't rest until I get the REAL AUTHENTIC version. Completely stolen from the production units of the song, something like that? Sometimes I think I'm being too much and that I am satisfied enough already, but sometimes I think that is okay. Who doesn't want a better version? LOL.

Still, I'm disappointed in Sweet Machine's Video. STILL SUPERIMPOSED with live footage. Can't the editor look through that crap and then figure out that mixing the two together into a layer = trashy clarity and disasterrifically bad quality. Why can't most (if not, all?) of the Sweet Machine  be just the video animation itself?! Seriously, This reminded me of a phrase in chinese: "Drawing the Snake to spoil the Picture".

(-_-) *Shakes head in dismay*
